Early Career
Fly
Girl began her musical journey performing at local events in Yola, Adamawa
State, where her captivating voice and stage presence earned her a small but
loyal following. With influences ranging from Afrobeat pioneers like Fela Kuti
to contemporary Nigerian artists such as Tiwa Savage, Kizz Daniel, and Burna
Boy, she developed her distinctive style early on.
Her
breakthrough came with the 2020 hit single "My Blessing,"
which propelled her to national fame and solidified her status as a rising star
in the industry.
Other Ventures
Beyond
her music career, Fly Girl has explored other creative and philanthropic
endeavors. She launched Fly Girl Couture, a clothing line that features
stylish Afrocentric designs inspired by her heritage. The brand has gained
popularity among her fans and fashion enthusiasts across Nigeria.
In
addition to being a musician and fashion designer, Fly Girl is also a skilled
hairstylist. She is a passionate advocate for youth development, founding the Fly
Girl Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young

acquisition workshops, and music education to help young women realize their
potential.
Personal Life
Fly
Girl was born and raised in Yola, Adamawa State, in a supportive and close-knit
family who are held from Ibi Local Government Area, Taraba State. She
attributes much of her success to the values instilled in her by her family and
her community.
Currently,
Fly Girl is a final-year student at Taraba
State University, Jalingo, where she balances her studies with her
flourishing music career.
